Public Health

Public health affects every aspect of our daily lives. From the food and water we consume to the air we breathe, our knowledge of public health can enhance the lives of people dramatically. This FIGS course will explore public health from an interdisciplinary perspective so that you can understand its role in human behavior, environmental policy, professional research, humanitarian interventions, and much more. You will examine health statuses among different populations and be introduced to a wide variety of career opportunities, co-curricular involvements and Rutgers resources relevant to the field of public health.
